Deadly Weapons - Sound Suppressors

I was under the impression that most suppressors were made, not to silence, but to change the sound of the weapon. Some silencing does happen, but more importantly, it sounds like a chair falling over, or a car hitting a curb or something. If you do notice the sound, you write it off.
Check out the "hush puppy". It's small, and it was originally used to silence guard dogs. If a guard dogs bark will bring people, it's noise probably would too, but it doesn't sound like a gun. |
