Given the amount of videos put there of cars plowing into emergency vehicles on the side of the road, you'd think cops especially would welcome having a big firetruck there for cover instead of bitching that traffic needs to be moving FASTER past all of them |

His complaints are quite valid, the game definitely doesn't do anything ground-breakingly different at a core level, but I really had a fun time playing it. Its lush and polished, and story wise it seems like it is meant to be a callback to all the familiar pulp action adventureish stories, and not really masquerading as having invented any of it.
I don't know where he had problems with the platforming though, that part I thought was almost too obvious and linear to get from one point to the next... |
