What I'm saying is that the ability of the fans to actually get inside her (shut up) is the only thing that makes Hatsune Miku in any way new, other than technology that doesn't really matter. Whether it's animated by a computer or by human artists, a cartoon is a cartoon. |

Well, there was plenty of Bruce Banner. In my opinion, Hulk was used brilliantly in this one. The thing about the Hulk, when he's not being awesome, he's not that interesting. This time out, other characters could carry the story, and they saved Hulk for some of the best KICKASS action moments.
This wasn't even Hulk's best moment, in my opinion. The best Hulk moment was when Hulk caught Iron Man in mid leap, as Iron Man was falling to Earth. Remember that? Fuck, that was cool! Thor (puny god!) had barely managed to start swinging his hammer, and Hulk just came out of nowhere.
I've never enjoyed the Hulk this much before. |

In Dinkin Flicka's defense, that pig was totally into it..
Two lessons I learned about making an avengers movie that work are
1. Take care with the talk scenes, and the action scenes will take care of themselves. I read a review that was all about those long second act dialogue scenes on the skybase, or whatever you call it, comparing it to some Howard Hawks/John Wayne movie I'd never seen. Those talk scenes were really solid.
2. People love to be surprised by the familiar. The "puny god" line, and when Captain America say "Hulk? Smash!" are two of the the most satisfying moments in the movie. |

I used to have my own copy of Class of Nukem High. Bought it at Woolworth's the day I got my first VCR, and I had no idea what I had found.
What I remember most about the movie now was the prim and proper Chrissy smoking the radioactive weed, taking her top off, and delivering the best line in the movie: "WARREN, FUCK THE FELLINI FESTIVAL!"
I think those were best tits I've ever seen in a movie, back before the internet when seeing tits in a movie was still a big deal. No, really. And the rest of her matched the tits.
Thanks to Google, I now know that the actress was named Janelle Brady. She was really super cute, but she only did three movies.
Found a clip of her taking her top off on a German site, though unfortunately the line about the Fellini Festival was omitted.

You seem to be joking, but I do not know or care. It's not at all implausible that Apple would alter the platform in different places to "prevent piracy" or whatever. In the Walled Garden of iPhone, the wall is wherever Apple wants to put it. People who have iPhones know whether this will work or not.
My only son is a transsexual, and an Apple user. It took some time, and some personal growth, but I've managed to accept his choice to use Apple products. |

In the early sixties, the Flinstones did cigarette commercials. If you take the long view, there's nothing especially evil or brave-new-worldish about this, and it's kind of cool that actual Japanese Dominos employees were involved in writing the song, even though the song seems pretty lame.
I don't know anything about Apple, (like, will the app work on iphones worldwide. If Dominos is smart, they'll sell you one of those Pizza boxes through the internet. Or maybe you can get one on ebay. |
