It's eminently disposable fun. The white guy pretends to be psychic in order to solve crimes (he is too much of a slacker/goofball to be a real cop) and the black guy from the west wing is his straight man. It's never particularly brilliant, but it's a lot of really silly fun.
You can catch pretty much any episode and fall right in. The main guy has a will they/won't they with the cute lady cop, the gruff man cop has it out for the main guy, the black friend puts up with his shenanigans, crimes are solved and lots and lots and lots of ridiculous 80s jokes are made. |
