I adore games. Perhaps more than is healthy. It's the greatest current medium and has potential to be far better than it is now. And no, it's not new to have fanatics and crybabies and with the net they are loud enough to ruin the party for the rest of us. I've complained about movies, music and books before, though usually I say something to the effect of "I didn't care for that" and then not think much of it anymore.
I'm not even defending Bioware, DA2 sucked for the most part and ME3 had a shit ending. I'm just sick of hearing it every five fucking seconds. It's no different than the 'Arrow to the knee' thing getting old or...or....oh fuck
I engaged again. That means I lost twice. Fucking video games. I'm gonna go join the peace corp. |

I love videos games, but goddamn are they a first world problem. The reactions of the internet and even my real world friends about Bioware the past year (since DA2 and loudest now due to ME3) have made me simply repulsed be my own favorite hobby. You know, if you are unhappy with a product, fine but Jesus Christ temper the reaction. The same for the reactionary love.

This and The Starfighters. I used to have a competition with my roommate to see if we could find a movie to show the other that would make each others head explode. While researching movies, I saw The Starfighters in MST3K form and could barely make it through with Mike and the bots supporting me. So of course I tracked down the UNEDITED cut of it to actually show him.
It took days picking brains out of the carpet. |

Actually, I'd say that the extendo arm looked like a floodlight for whatever that dude needed to do, and then he just drove off. The 'twin lifhts' are easily lens flares and also, what is taking those pictures? Likely, it's a camera on the wall of HQ. This had to happen just a few feet away from whatever installation they were at. Nothing is mysterious, everything is mundane. |

That wasn't my thread, but I have heard the same from my mom knowing him through the fine art show circuits. literally upon meeting he suggested she meet him in his room later, with my stepdad right next to them. They encountered each other many various times after that as well, as he was unavoidable in that scene. My grandmother, after hearing my moms stories, still always begged her to get a personalized autographed print. |

I saw this on the front page all day. I avoided it, partly because I was at work for some hours, but also at home because I just wasn't sure if I wanted to see what my mind was picturing it would be. And now it's gone, so no matter the truth, my worst case scenario is the one and final image in my head regarding this video: A man consuming dripping bloody used tampons extracted directly from his chained up ex wife in the basement, gulping them down with the same cheerful smile of a retard working the front line at McDonalds.
