Yes and no, cog. This is the Korean pop band "Super Junior" (which my students don't shut the hell up about), and so this is their style. It's not indicative of all young Korean men. On the other hand, if you are in the bigger cities like Seoul, then emo is the predominate style, though luckily the whining is not included. |

My families first PC came with a game based on this bundled with it. It's was a horrible kid-friendly doom clone. It was the only game I had besides solitaire for the first few months we had that thing. My childhood sucked. |

She reminds me alot of a lady I used to rent a room from. I would occasionally go to the kitchen to make a sandwich and accidentally catch her sunbathing naked on the deck. She had a constant stream of rarely repeated gentlemen callers, occasionally two or three at a time.
Other than that, is was the nicest place I ever lived. |

I think Miike has raw talent oozing out of his pours. His problem is form and restraint. Sometimes it's what you don't do that makes something better, a lesson he obviously skipped. Photographically, I can't argue against him, but the guy makes many his own movies nearly unwatchable due to sheer gross out tactics.
I guess what I'm saying is that I like Miike, but I'll take Kitano, Park, Wong or Yimou over him in most cases.
He did have the best short in 3 Extremes, however. |
