Just watching this clip, it'd be easy to think you're seeing a dying franchise that's on it's last legs.
Yet this was made six years ago. Six. Years ago. Between then and now, The Simpsons has had a longer run than Breaking Bad. Think about that. From the time THIS travesty was filmed, to the time it got posted here on poeTV, this show not only continued to churn out new episodes, but actually managed to churn out more episodes than most other shows do over the course of their entire creative lifetimes.
And there's still no end in sight. |

That's what I'm thinking, too. Change clearly forgot that he was no longer logged in as Waugh, and now he's just rolling with it.
Note how, in the fagdance above, "..."chuff a dicks" directed at poor Waugh" becomes "thanks for saying i have a dick" when Change replies to it. This rejoinder only makes sense if Change believes he is Waugh.

I never had to deal with Sunday School - or church, for that matter, outside of a three week period during which my dad got sick of atheism and decided our family should try being Unitarian (it did not work out very well). I did, however, have to put up with kids similar to the ones you describe; just replace "Sunday school" with "theatre camp", "repeat verses from memory" with "recite Shakespeare", and "for soulless CCM" with "for jaunty showtunes, sung in full drag". |
