AURORA SPENCER ᴴᴰ ✿♥‿♥✿ COW - VIXEN ❤ PREVIEW

She (?) has a couple hundred videos just like this.
Star Trek's Suicide Booth

I did notice that. At first I found him to be a compelling character with some great lines and palpable swagger, but then the screenwriter bungled Poe, and that whole You Know Which Part stood out as one of the film's dumbest moments (and let's be honest, there were many dumb moments). Poe would have worked great as Finn's Kamina or Obi-Wan figure, an inspirational badass whose vacated role Finn could grow into over the course of the movie, but then for no good reason the entire setup got lampshaded, and it was like, oh, nevermind, disregard that/ cocks. Instead of Finn becoming a hero in his own right, he remained the team's wimpy comic relief, damselling it up with Mary Sue Skywalker while Poe - who should have died gracefully - got to do all the cool-ass explodey, space dog-fighting stuff.

At this point, the new team is basically Jar-Jar, Lampshade, and Mara Katarn. :(

Oh, please. The Hardy Boyz aren't washed up! Maybe Jeff a little, but overall they are still as Xtreme as they ever were, and yes, may even be getting MORE Xtreme as time goes on. They aren't old, they're maturing, like fine wines. Xtreme wines.

And OF COURSE the Hardy Boyz are going to reward TNA's progressive substance-use policies with their continued loyalty. You can't fault the Hardyz for being committed to social justice!

Hey, I don't deny that TNA had to be put in their place too, but TNA took their medicine with a minimum of fuss. Billionaire Ted acted like him and his brand somehow belonged in wrestling.

Besides, at least TNA has the Hardy Boyz. All the wrestlers the WCW poached from the WWF were washed-up old men, but here's TNA scooping up THE BEST tag team in the business, probably because Matt and Jeff care a lot about the honor and authenticity which comes from wrestling for a small-town promotion.

In fairness to cultural appropriation, most of the world cosplays as Westerners nowadays and we don't bat an eye.

(all kidding aside, Time Gal was pretty crumby, too.

I mean, most of the fail animations cut away LONG before the maw shot and swallow!)

Yeah, I think it was the novelty value of seeing animation THAT far ahead of anything else on the market at the time. Also, it's worth pointing out that Dragon's Lair didn't really catch on; the games were a success for a little while, but I think most people, even the dedicated fans, wised up to the cruddiness of QTE-based gameplay, moving on before it got tiresome.

Why developers nowadays can't figure this out, I have no idea.

Baldrick did a rather entertaining documentary on Wallace:

Hey, I *liked* Time Gal. It had anime girls getting eaten by dinosaurs; what's not to enjoy?

Hi Meme! Did you see the new Star Trek movie? I did, I thought it was good. I liked the new lightsabers and the black Stormtrooper guy, what about you?

TNA knows their place... unlike Billionaire Ted.

If WCW hadn't tried to get all uppity and compete directly with the WWF, then maybe their promotion would still be around, you know, on public access or something.

Funny without context, funny with context; man, these TTG writers sure know what's what. Kids today are so lucky.

Hey. Hey, Cena.

https://youtu.be/eDU0CTDMk2g

Seriously, every clip you show me makes TTG look more and more awesome. That bit goes on *just* long enough, Twilight Sparkle's punchline at the end there was perfect, and LOOK AT THE YOUTUBE COMMENTS. My God! The people who made this show are subversive geniuses.

That's clever too, Cena.

Let me put it another way, then: can you find me any examples of TTG where the show ISN'T clever and/or amusing? Submit some the "worst" parts of TTG, so we can see what the big deal is.

According to the vlogosphere, everyone hates Roman Reigns. It's obvious that Cena's not stepping down, he's just slacking- this is a classic New Coke gambit: bring in something new that everyone hates, so they can get rid of it and then bring back the old stuff to much fanfare and acclaim.

The Undertaker's loyal, he's not greedy, and he isn't a has-been. You want to talk about someone who needs to retire? John Cena, he's had his run, time to step down and either leave, like Stone Cold and The Rock, or become a gatekeeper for fresh talent, like the Undertaker.

By the way, have you been following Sasha Banks? Apparently she's a big Sailor Moon mark. Her favorite Senshi is Usagi, even!

That's awesome, and I hope Vince gives her a shot at the World Heavyweight title, because she deserves it.

Also, oddeye - aren't all incarnations of DC-owned media "canon", but only so far as their own universe is concerned? Serious question; I don't know all that much about the American manga industry, but my impression has always been that the multiverse approach favored by DC was meant to keep stories both canon, and contained.

Maybe you dorks can submit some of the "best" parts from oldschool-manchild-Teen Titans. People keep talking about it like it was the second coming of Samurai Jack or something, but I doubt that very much.
