Both networks cherry pick their information, both use logical fallacies to making their points, both networks use mockery toward the party they oppose. Fox News angers their viewers by telling them how Democrats are destroying America and scares their viewers with what might happen if Democrats take control. MSNBC angers their viewers by telling them how Republicans are destroying America and scares their viewers with what might happen if Republicans take control.
A country's population, caught in a friend-or-foe political dichotomy, with fear and anger in their hearts, will refuse to cooperate with each other even when it's in their own best interest. When that happens the only possible path is backwards. |

You know I watched this video on another site, expecting something significant from it. MSMBC and Fox News are in the business of scaring people and getting them pissed off to keep them watching, so I expected the truth to be elasticized. But mostly what he does is say there's deception and hypocrisy without being clear on what he means. He just keeps repeating it over and over as if believes if he says it enough times it will become true.
I can't blame Wolf Blitzer though, who was probably thinking if this guy was challenged, he's so mad, he'd jump through the monitor and strangle him. |
