Handcuffs on a Snake
01/02/11, 19:59 Briefly. Basically Ralph Bakshi got together all the animators he thought were really good and made an astounding cartoon. Unfortunately, the guys at the top didn't get it and canceled the show after 19 episodes. Those of us who saw it, back in the 1980s, were blown away.
Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures gets an automatic five stars. |

2010 poeTV year in Review
01/02/11, 01:10 Sheesh, other than a few user names I don't recognize any of that stuff. |

Peter Chung - Checkers/Rally's Spicy Chicken commercial
01/01/11, 22:16 Thank you, La Loco! |
 |
Explosion of a Motor Car (1900)
01/01/11, 22:15 I heard the narrator mention Melies, so uh... what, this Hepworth guy is copying Melies? |
 |
Robotech Toy Commercial
12/31/10, 06:57 Sounded like, "I'll cut you, Africa" |
 |
Explosion of a Motor Car (1900)
12/31/10, 06:55 Since this is Georges Melies, I expected the pile of body parts to go back to being a fully assembled person who would sit up and walk away. |
 |
Peter Chung - Checkers/Rally's Spicy Chicken commercial
12/31/10, 06:51 I figured there would be at least one comment about women drivers. |

Ace of Light
12/30/10, 13:15 Are you sure this isn't a cult initiation video? |

Season's Greetings From North Korea
12/30/10, 12:29 I can't tell if that translation is a parody or not. Five stars for the description, for the video living up to the description and for the translation. |

Mary Worth Live Action adaption (complete)
12/30/10, 12:17 This is kind of the David Lynch version of Mary Worth. |
 |
Van Beuren Corporation - 'Down in Dixie'
12/29/10, 06:00 That's really offensive. Why do cartoons like this have to be so blatantly stereotypical? There are no penguins at the North Pole! |

Francis E. Dec. Esq. 'TO ALL JUDGES!!'
12/28/10, 05:20 I thought for sure the first comment would be "I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU TO SUCK, FINISH HIM." The guy reading the text is a DJ who Dec mailed a bunch of letters to.
Dec was a racist and anti-Semite. On the other hand, he also believed his neighbors were CIA agents who spewed mind-control gas from their lawn mowers. I couldn't agree with you more, never enough Dec. |

Heaven's Gate Cult Initiation Tape
12/28/10, 03:20 What? No mention IRC, gopher or Yahoo! being a 5k text file connected to a finger client?
Marshall Applewhite and Nancy Pelosi are the only two humans who naturally exist in the uncanny valley, but at least she can use botox as an excuse. |

2010 Blizzard Timelapse
12/28/10, 02:27 "Blizzard to delay holiday travel, Starcraft 2 expansion pack" -Fark |

Kong Nai's terrifying CGI simulacrum
12/24/10, 22:08 I think this video can be filed under the Beyond The Uncanny Valley category. The woman's expression says it all. That guy sings in AM radio quality.
Say, is that the logo for Trinity Broadcasting Network in the corner? |

Black Swan Reviews
12/24/10, 22:04 I don't think I've ever experienced the sensation of blood rushing out of my penis and back up into my body before. |

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
12/24/10, 17:28 Things sure were different in the old days. Walt Disney personally rips off Felix The Cat and gets away with it. Maybe it's a good thing Oswald became Bugs Bunny. That I got to see this cartoon makes me feel happy. |
 |
Sexy Bandz
12/24/10, 15:45 Everyone knows that cartoons appeal to childr- er... I mean adults! I really want to see this commercial on TV. |

Alf: Behind the Scenes
12/24/10, 05:42 I'll bet they wish they were on crack. No matter how you look at it they were on Cracked (http://www.cracked.com that is). Read the article at this link: http://www.cracked.com/article/135_6-beloved-tv-shows-that-traumatized-cast-members-life/ |

King Klunk
12/24/10, 01:53 Things sure were different in the 1930s. These days you'd never get away with falling off a building and catching fire when you land, it's too insensitive. |
