What the hell is there to learn?
Anyway, people who peel their potatoes are ruining their potatoes. Smashed potatoes are way better than mashed potatoes. Fries with skin are way better. My Irish genetics are appalled. |

For every really horrifying instance of cleanliness standards on this show, there's at least four or five instances of places that are perfectly clean, just suffering from very bad marketing choices or weak menus. The most obvious one was the guy who was obsessed with coupons, and handed every customer a 30% off coupon upon walking into the door, and constantly pointed out the sales in the menu. There was another one that had chosen "Irish cuisine" as their theme, not really understanding that it wasn't exactly a selling point.
But yeah, the ones that have moldy food and bugs on the walls are more entertaining. |
