The funniest thing about him is that he started racking up serious respect once he decided to start using 100% recycled material - borrowed events, borrowed cinematic ideas, in one case borrowing an entire movie. In other words the queen bee of queer cinema is world renown for his shallow glosses of other people's material. It was pretty daring how he suggested that the gunmen might be not straight but rather in fact be gay. |

I have to say I was a big fan of this decade. I liked the fashions (even if they were derivative), the music, the hairstyles; in my mind it was superior to the preceding decade in every way. My favorite part was how it caused certain groups of people to make massive public fools of themselves and yet somehow shut up Chris Rock in the bargain. |

Nothing against this movie which I haven't seen but it was this part that allowed Peck to go on a tour years solely for the purpose of letting middle-aged women hug him and there were reports of some of them being healed of internal bleeding, I'm not making this up |
