In 2009, a group of conservatives mailed Lipton teabags to Congress to protest an increase in taxes on the economic elites, which occurred due to the democratic representation of the people.

I don't foresee a promising career here. He's more confrontational than persuasive. More interesting in trying to prove himself smarter than the stupid atheists that actually connecting with people about religion.
Plus, he probably has about a day before word gets out about his videos, and every ridiculous statement he's made (like disabled deserve it) gets thrown back in his face. There's a reason he disabled negative comments, and its because his "logic" only works when no-one is answering back.

Okay, lets start with the fact that there's nothing in Bible condemning insemination of lesbians. You can read a condemnation of artificial insemination in general, or homosexuality in general, but if a person believes that or feels they need to pick and choose who's worthy of insemination (and there isn't a Biblical justification for deeming Muslims, Jews and Athiests worthy but not lesbians) then why the hell would they become a fertility doctor in the first place?!? The better analogy is a Quaker signing up for the armed forces, then demanding the right to pick and choose who they fire at based on personal beliefs.
There are no court decisions requiring doctors to inseminate. There are already long-standing laws prohibiting doctors from refusing to treat a patient in need. But those laws are based on the Hippocratic oath, not gay rights.

Valkor, that's just sloppy reasoning.
I don't know for sure for sure who's funding them because they keep it secret, although one of the group's primary donors is Koch Industries, the nation's largest privately held energy company. And they have a great many donors that are themselves business lobbying groups, that do receive money from auto, coal, oil, etc.. It is a simple fact that all of those industries have lobbying and charity groups set up that spread donations to third party advocacy groups like "Americans for Prosperity".
The fact that donations come from many these industries, obviously does not mean every single company donated to this particular group, nor does it mean that each donation would be substantial rather than spread out, nor does it mean the money goes toward the ad itself rather than keeping all these various advocacy groups in business. If you don't believe that these business groups are responsible for keeping non-profits like this in operation, I'd really like to hear who you think is supplying the funding. |
