Well she's a member of the College Republicans, and I'm guessing she told at least one other person there. I would seriously doubt anyone much higher up would condone this, especially given how clumsy and transparent the attempt.
I mean for God's sake, she not only wrote it backwards, and didn't use the ATM as she claimed, but she even had "Lying is the most fun thing a girl can do" on her Facebook. The ineptitude is almost as offensive as the race-baiting.

There is a real difference between the Obama and McCain rallies in how people say it.
At McCain rallies its almost always chanted after an attack, or some form of division. "We're more patriotic than those guys," "our country is better than those guys," "this quality is American and that not" etc. At Obama rallies its chanted after a mention of possibilities for the future, inherent strength of the country, or a statement of unity.
Both groups are patriotic, both camps are proud of their country, but there is a difference in how the cheer is used, that reflects the tone of the respective campaigns.
