Its a good point, but most states that ban aerial hunting have exemptions for population control, and that not the issue at hand here. Its about promoting it as recreation.

I think of myself as a fairly cynical person, and yet the blatant lying about Palin's record still manages to catch me off guard. Every statement they made about her is not much short of "1+1=3" and "Canada is a province of Australia".
She was for the Bridge to Nowhere, increased pork barrel spending, is a darling of oil companies, and supports the indicted Ted Stevens.
You can't even call it spin anymore, no semblance of truth remains to be spun.

He toned it down for the interview because they are genuinely concerned about getting shut out of a Democratic administration. Also Bill likes to pose as a big-boy journalist, and not being able to get a Presidential nominee was wounding his fragile ego.
His Q&A segment after the interview with his "guests" is much more nausea inducing, as when one doesn't agree with him that Obama isn't a "terror warrior" and that O'Reilly is totally awesome, he just talks to the sycophantic commentator for the rest of the time. |

This is very nearly a work of surreal art.
The characters run back and forth into looping oblivion repeating the same motions over and over. Meanwhile the cringe-inducing music loops and continues on far past what is comfortable, making the viewer feel just as trapped as Shaggy and Scooby in this tortuous mobius strip reality. All of it works as a statement on the waking infinite death that Scooby has been subjected do, forced the spamically act out his dance of the damned for all eternity.
This isn't an intro. Its an act of rebellion. |
