What was so awesome about 80's cartoons was the honest infusion of fantasy elements, and not in a wink wink sort of way where it's ironic. The cartoon looks crappy but at least it was somewhat imaginative. So many cartoons in the last 20 years are about boring kids who live in suburbs. |

This was on when I was a kid, and I despised it. Duck Tales and Tale Spin may have been mediocre, but this show made those 2 look like Citizen Kane and Schindler's List. That horrendous "Boobah!" catchphrase was an easy way to identify lame asses on the playground. |
