Overpopulation Is A Myth.
04/26/10, 00:15 People say we got it made,
Don't they know we're so afraid,
Population.
We're afraid to be alone,
Everybody got to have a home,
Pop-pop-pop-ULAAAAATION! |

Jim Jefferies Explores Religion
04/26/10, 00:02 That was great. Especially "little fucking people big fucking fish." I bet there were a fair few people walking out. I may be inventing this but it seems like they showed the crowd a lot less than they usually do for these things. |

Invisible Crane Reviews Road Blasters
04/25/10, 21:06 No 3D glasses mode? I'll just play Rad Racer then. Thanks for nothing, InvisibleCrane.
Also, I'm going to get that robot arm Dean Kamen is working on and give you a wedgie with it, so look out for that in the near future. |

As Seen on TV - a tribute to doing it wrong
04/25/10, 21:00 I tried the products advertised by the first half, but they led to the problems seen in the second half. Now I have to sell all of these gadgets, but I don't know how to make millions on eBay... there's go to be a better way! |

Restore Stephen Baldwin
04/25/10, 20:36 IOW, Hollywood is run by Jesus-haters with a hidden agenda to destroy America by eroding its moral foundation. |

Restore Stephen Baldwin
04/25/10, 15:47 Those where not the days of marrying for love and playing catch in the yard with your kids. Job's family is treated in the story in the same manner as the rest of his possessions. That is, he has one, loses it, and gets a new one. It's a wash. And yes God says, "where were you when I created the universe," so the important thing to take away from Job is that "shit happens" and that trying to interpret why bad things happen to good people is dumb.
Specifically, "Job" says that it's wrong to assume that someone's illness or loss is a punishment from God. The irony is that a lot of people read Job and then go off and do the opposite. Every time something bad happens to them or someone they care about, they assume they're being tested. No, you were just shitty with your finances. |

Restore Stephen Baldwin
04/25/10, 15:43 Job is not really a story about having your faith tested. Christians read it that way because they fantasize about having their faith tested. |

Waco: The Big Lie Part 1/2
04/25/10, 01:33 Academic cults don't count. Now, the pen might be mightier than the sword, but Koresh had homemade M-16s.
(Also FWIW his writing was concise and engaging compared to Rand's) |

Waco: The Big Lie Part 1/2
04/24/10, 20:26 I like how all of the footage is of the somewhat more moderate cult (the real "Branch Davidians") that the Koreshians broke off of. And some of them even had jobs! Wow! So it was only the bad apples that were killing each other with axes to decide who the next savior was.
(What atheists need to do the earn the compassion of the right is to start a cult. But they're not the cult-starting type, which is a real shame.) |

This is Alabama. We speak English.
04/23/10, 17:49 This is Alabama's new strategy to keep people from escaping. Just don't let them drive. |

Prayer Day Debate Continues (4.16.10)
04/23/10, 17:44 I'm guessing it's a combination of:
- incredibly sheltered
- believes the conservative ends justify the Fox News means
- fashionably racist
- willing to sell soul to be a tv personality
At the very least you'd think a lawyer would understand that it doesn't matter who's marginalizing who, it matters what the law says. But whatever. Good job being pretty on tv though, Meg! I'm sure everyone back home is proud. |

The train that never stops
04/23/10, 17:32 Wishful thinking, I'm afraid. This is in fact the rape train. |
