Making music on a PC is harder than it needs to be, and when you factor in the required hardware and software, the price difference between platforms becomes a drop in the bucket.
Still, this guy is definitely a hipster, or whatever the eurotrash version of that is. He combined a Q-Chord with hot girls. It doesn't necessarily deserve the name "human synthesizer" but I can't really knock the idea. I wish the song itself wasn't terrible. |

Genetic modification is used in a number of areas. I think that to say it's OK for things like vaccines and insulin but not for food is drawing a somewhat arbitrary line.
Unless greed somehow disappears, using technology to increase yield is really the only shot we have of feeding the world's population.
Still, if there's one place Monsanto deserves five shiny stars, it's a site called Portal of Evil. Don't spend them all in one place, boys. |

She has a few songs that use the loop station when done live. Once when I saw her years ago she did a New Order song but I don't know which one and I doubt it's on YouTube.
There's probably a whole genre of looped-guitar dance music, and if not we need to get on that. |

I'd like to recommend the book "Racing the Beam" to any technically-inclined 2600 or old game fans. It's a little dry but still interesting. Covers the history and some of the programming details of the 2600. Also has an awesome title and cover.
Probably the most interesting thing was that there wasn't enough memory for a frame buffer, so the position of each sprite had to be calculated just before the line they were on was drawn.
