DOOM on the TI-83+
03/10/09, 04:01 The first program that a new piece of hardware sees is always "Hello World". The second is a port of Doom. |

The battle between the creationists and the Evolutionists...
03/02/09, 22:48 be damned if i could figure it what it was actually about |

Pierre Bernard Recliner of Rage - Conan O'Brien
03/02/09, 22:40 The nice thing about Conan is that I don't think they're even trying to pander to the internet addicts. This is just the sort of stuff the writers found funny. |

The battle between the creationists and the Evolutionists...
03/02/09, 17:16 sorry, federal court system |

The battle between the creationists and the Evolutionists...
03/02/09, 17:14 What battle? I was under the impression that the Creationists had nothing important to say, and the Supreme court ruled multiple times that Creationism, no matter what name it's given, (a) is not science and (b) does not belong in schools.

Nick Mitchell on American Idol
02/28/09, 00:34 They do that crap every season. They troll college theater programs and comedy clubs for people to go on there and purposely bomb. If people find it funny, they find some excuse to bring them back for a second performance.
Yawn. |

Superman II - Cellophane S Attack
02/28/09, 00:30 Not before Superman did. |

Pierre Bernard Recliner of Rage - Conan O'Brien
02/28/09, 00:21 Recliner of rage is one of the best Conan bits IMO.

LittleBig Contra
02/28/09, 00:15 I've only played it a little bit at a friend's but that was basically how I felt as well. It reminded me of Donkey Kong Country. That is, really nice platformer, but just a little more linear than I like them to be. |

Chuck Norris Kicks Ass at Medieval Times
02/26/09, 02:41 One in NJ I think. And I guess the Excalibur in Vegas sort of counts, but they have a casino too so it's a little more exciting. |

How the NY Islanders wash their dogs
02/26/09, 02:28 xiphias, you're going to feel really silly, and maybe a little angry, when it hits you. i offer my apologies in advance. |

Wall-E - end credits (Down to Earth)
02/24/09, 05:38 Actually, I'm lying. Disney's doing much better now that Pixar is back in the fold. What I really wish is that it was just Pixar and they figured out their own distribution. Screw Disney. |

Wall-E - end credits (Down to Earth)
02/24/09, 05:33 And I wish Disney wasn't owned by Steve Jobs... |

IBM HeadStart Computer Commercial
02/24/09, 02:41 What was it about the 80s and those gray backdrops? |
 |
IBM HeadStart Computer Commercial
02/24/09, 02:33 Tandy's big machine was the TRS-80, which was not a PC compatible, I believe they used a Motorola or Zilog chip rather than Intel. I could be wrong about that, our first computer was a 286. |
 |
IBM HeadStart Computer Commercial
02/24/09, 02:29 Yes, yes, we all remember IBM compatibles. It wasn't even that long ago.
This still in no way should be called "IBM HeadStart". That's like saying IBM Gateway, or IBM Packard Bell. |

Anti-Camwhore PSA
02/24/09, 02:14 I love how the real title is "online sexual exploitation" followed by a Cheers joke. |
