Much like the mediocre hit "Hangman Fever", Hamlet's 1996 ad was designed to cash in on a massive upswing in the popularity of hangman (and other similar paper and pad games).
But really, these are great. No one's shouting at me or trying to be hip. The song is classy and so is the typesetting. The only ones I don't like are the last two. |

I think the short version is that it's tough and you have to be on the ball. I did some TV at college too, and I never screwed up any graphic overlays or sound effects. But people did. My point is that I'm better than those people. |

They do. It's sort of sad how guys like Sagan and even Gould got a lot of shit in their respective field for writing for the general populace as opposed to other scientists. Perhaps if that didn't happen, more people would step up to the plate.
OTOH, I think most of the problem is that, as good as you can be, if you're talking about science most people are just going to say tl;dr. |
