"I'm no scientist, I'm no big deal, I'm not the smartest guy in the world, all I'm doing is presenting some evidence..."

Loads of weasel-words allowing this idiot to back out when their self-composed fairy tale comes crashing down. In this case, this guy and his channel seem to be trying to push geocentrism for some inane reason. I guess the Flat Earth Society wasn't taking new applicants when he tried to sign up.

On the positive side, it does highlight how cool-looking the ship designs were.

Just in case you needed some targets for your torches and/or pitchforks, here's a "where are they now?" article about the major players in the financial meltdown. Surprisingly, none of them are in jail:

I still love the "Wizard Run" overture for the short-film part of the film.

I'm also reading a lot of crap from them about how it's a shame all of these military bases are gun-free zones.

Because the defenseless military personnel with all of their guns would be even more effective if random contractors and civilians could just whip out their firearms and join in the fun.

The incest scenes to get all those cities for Adam and Eve's sons to go and take charge of should be fun.

I demand completely historically accurate amounts of fucking to populate several cities. No editorial cuts will be permitted!

Wonderful.

I wonder how the sales of the FN Five-Seven have done since the Fort Hood shooting. Oh, sure, it's only sold to civilians with sporting rounds, but the thing can hold rounds that are designed to pierce NATO kevlar vests. "Use the gun that Malik Hassan relied on to kill defenseless heavily-armed fellow soldiers. If only they'd all had more guns."

Good (lack of) God, one of the YouTubers says he has the historical document that proves this movie: THE NEW TESTAMENT.

Even if you took the Bible as literal, stupid, truth, saying the NT proves creationism is like saying all you need to know about Bilbo Baggins is explained in The Two Towers.

2. Thank goodness in the future the Dyson company made a cyclonic vacuum cleaner for the space program. In return, we got to kill their annoying spokesperson for all that "bladeless" fan bullshit.

@StanleyPain: Are you serious? Then why am I not seeing a bunch of recall elections and calls for AR-15s to be available at corner stores to whoever asks? It seems the only logical course of action for the NRA.

What CGI was used in A New Hope? You mean the computer display for the briefing on how to destroy the Death Star?

Yes, some people did think the Wounded Knee thing was a Skyrim reference.

I was watching a "let's play" of Fallout 3, and they mentioned the fact that in the game you can get Abraham Lincoln's hat from one of the museums.

One host, a 40+ year-old guy, asked something along the lines of, "Is that a real thing? I mean, do we actually have Lincoln's hat? Can I go to a museum and they'll say, 'This is Lincoln's hat'?"

The response from another commentator, a college student, was, "Oh, I doubt it."

In case this doesn't seem stupid to anyone else out there, yes, the Smithsonian has Lincoln's stove-pipe hat. It occasionally goes on tour with other exhibits or can be viewed in Washington, DC.

Every investment banker needs to die. They've made an industry out of getting between people and those that provide financial services and then charged fortunes for being a roadblock and doing stupid things with other people's money.

This doesn't even touch on banks themselves that have spread into other conflict-of-interest areas and play video poker with the economy every fucking day.

But the most sickening thing is those on YT and other places that say those people "earned" the money and that we're just "jealous." If I could pay off lawmakers so sitting on my ass playing video games netted me millions per year, I somehow don't think the word "earned" would enter into most people's definitions of how I was getting rich.

I'm betting this uses something like corn starch to hold it together. Neat, but really best for a classroom or where someone has the time to play with your kids so they don't get bored with it three seconds later.

With the first one? The story and setting, I guess, though it only works the first time through. Yeah, there's a twist in the middle, but your vaunted choices make no difference apart from a "good" ending, a "bad" ending, and a "the same as the bad ending but read in a sad voice" ending.

Both games were short on substance when you actually looked at what they claimed to present: Objectivsim! American exceptionalism! In the end, it just provided a reason to shoot dudes in a linear game. They were pretty looking, but you didn't need more than a few brain cells to "figure out" how to play.

For a mental challenge, sit down in front of one of the older RPGs like Fallout or Torment. Just trying to navigate how to play them in a way that doesn't have you ending up dead or unable to proceed is a herculean task most of the time.
GTA V: So realistic, its boring.

SR III was my first Saint's Row game, so it kind of didn't make much sense starting in, though I knew it was supposed to be over-the-top and ludicrous.

I played CTA IV on the XBox, so comparing the two, I'd say SR III was more fun overall, though I liked GTA's setting better. Ironically, SR III had me pretty much blowing through the story arc, whereas I hated having to deal with GTA's plot (and Cousin Roman) every five seconds.

I'll also say this: These sandbox games would be a lot more fun for me if they didn't have the fucking console memory limitations along for the ride. "Let's see, I'll just park my awesome-mobile over here to go into this building, I'll come out annnnnnd... it's gone. Great."

As someone who dabbled in this stuff a long time ago, it's a really weird thing.

Is your project being shopped around? Oh, too bad, as your idea is too much like X TV show or Y movie from over a hundred years ago.

Wait, this is an idea that three other studios are doing? We should do it right now, so long as it's not your script proposal!
