You were lucky to get any kind of ending. Just about every FPS around this time and soon after was convinced that they'd be the next mega-hit, so they were often "to be continued" or in some cases cliffhanger endings that were never resolved since (as is natural) most of these companies went under. |

What seems to go by the wayside concerning all the bitching about what an "assault weapon" or whatever category one uses is that they were hammered out by lawyers, most of them working for the NRA. Their goal was to make them so ridiculously ineffective and difficult to enforce that they're practically meaningless.
Getting their membership to then put the blame wholly on the government is a bonus. |

Or you might have watched the show and heard the following quote from Homer himself: "I'm a white male, age 18 to 49. Everyone listens to me, no matter how dumb my suggestions are."
Or you may have compared them with characters like Apu, Doctor Hibbert, Bumblebee Man, etc. and the obvious characters that, though yellow, are obviously white due to their roles: Mr. Burns (the rich white oligarch), Ned Flanders (the white charismatic Christian), Martin (white nerd), and so forth.
You might want to pick a different analogy, because this one is amazingly clueless on your part. |
