"Gems?" What are these "gems" of which you speak? I can't say I recall any of the films they poked fun at being particularly good, unless you liked bad movies or followed the career of a particular director like Ed Wood.
And it's not like they made their version the only copy of the movie in existence. No need to have such a large stick up your ass about it. |

For justifying it in their "minds," yeah.
It's as if Sigmund Freud was a spiky-haired Jersey Shore douchebag who not only saw sexual subtexts and invites in everything, but tried to act on them.
I do hope that someday someone uploads a compare and contrast of this "seminar" with their legal defense/testimony from the trials that make them have to register as sex offenders. |

The sled was horribly composited over the forest, and there are several sequences that are pretty obvious greenscreen soundstages. I can't tell if that's different from previous films or if YouTube is to blame, but Bilbo doesn't really look like he's in Rivendell in a lot of those shots. I don't know if the color doesn't match up or there aren't enough imperfections, but it's pretty fake looking. |

Given that evidence for habitation of Japan dates back to the Upper Paleolithic era (about 10,000-50,000 years ago) and that their genetic heritage isn't Semitic, this documentary was probably written by someone jonesing for a job writing anime scripts.
Why this isn't on the History Channel is beyond me. It would seem a perfect fit. |

The sled looked pretty bad for modern CGI.
And I don't mind them adding in this other stuff. It hopefully prevents a Silmarillion movie. I could never get past the first fifty pages of that snooze-fest. |

I figured Gordon Freeman would be Chell's natural pairing partner, but I don't read fanfic.
I also don't know if turning the non-human Portal characters human was started in places like DeviantArt or if they were the creation of Cosplayers who couldn't think of a practical way to construct a realistic GLaDOS costume. |
