McDonald's employees get Taco Bell burritos thrown at them
09/28/12, 09:49 How did you download a video off of a bad movie by Shaquille O'Neal? |

Drive Thru Floating Cup
09/28/12, 09:48 I do find it hilarious what they'll think is witchcraft, or the works of some infernal and very powerful entity.
No, it won't let one of its servants knock over a building or turn every church in a zip code to ash. It'll help make a coin vanish.
I love the look of bewilderment when I ask them, "If magic was real, why hasn't Pat Robertson trotted a real-life wizard out on the 700 club? Why aren't witches chained up in power plants, making steam for the turbines by casting fireball spells all day long?" |

Drive Thru Floating Cup
09/28/12, 06:43 Floating cup = demonic forces.
Found car keys = miracle.
Living in a world of man-made technological advancement so far beyond the dreams of even a generation ago it should make heads explode = meh, it's all angels, demons, and ghosts. |

Homer Simpson tree
09/27/12, 20:30 "Insert joke about the later seasons of The Simpsons here."
What? They used jokes? Where?
C'mon, you were totally asking for that. |

Ted Koppel on the O'Reilly Factor
09/26/12, 20:31 @SchlongChimp: That's like asking how "the liberals" can both be complete wusses who fall before the might of conservative dogma yet still control every aspect of your life like Orwellian dictators who oppress and destroy mistreated and downtrodden minorities (white people, the rich, and Christians). |

Mitt Romney tries to lead a chant
09/26/12, 12:05 Kerry made the mistake of being boring and not effectively fighting back against the Swiftboat types. He does provide a lot of delicious irony in that all the "rich guy out of touch" attacks leveled at him are geometrically more apt for Romney. |

Mitt Romney tries to lead a chant
09/26/12, 12:04 Re: Romney tacking hard right.
You'd think he would've learned from what happened to Bob Dole. Dole was someone who often led consensus in the Senate, found common ground, etc.
Yeah, I know. I used the word "learned." Wishful thinking.
A pity that now most Republicans see the word "compromise" as "total loss and giving into Satan" as opposed to "giving and taking between opposing views of differing weight and constituencies until agreement is reached." It's one more way the tying of politics to religion (and sports, really) has made everything a binary choice in the eyes of the Republican base. |

Spain Protests Turn Really Violent
09/26/12, 11:28 You just have to be part of a larger protest to survive.
You'd better hurry, though. I figure it's only a matter of time before riot cops are issued live ammo. |

09/26/12, 00:27 Hey, those weren't terror attacks... according to the record keepers that Condi leaned on. |

Mitt Romney tries to lead a chant
09/25/12, 22:44 I think Romnebola has a better ring to it!
Though it could be too virulent and catching to be an apt comparison. Still, bleeding from the eyes and ears is bleeding from the eyes and ears. |

Mitt Romney tries to lead a chant
09/25/12, 21:18 It' s amazing and scary. I know some people are die-hard Republicans no matter who gets nominated, but they're tying themselves in knots defending this asshat. I think it's the only reason the Kenyan-Marxist-Anti gun-Islamofacist lies are cropping up again, since the GOP really has nothing to run on. |

Super Dingo vs the Hippies
09/25/12, 00:33 The animated dingo and the live-action one have their cyber-eyes on different sides of their respective heads.
Obviously, they are two different people. |
