It is much, much more likely he murdered his gay son after his son came out as gay and wrote a tell all book exposing Scientology wide open for the public, including details of how his father gave him LSD and wrote down his ramblings as scripture (stuff about us evolving from clams, for instance).
The claim was he killed himself in his car via carbon monoxide poisoning, with the tailpipe set up in the car window but no traces of carbon monoxide were actually found. The Clearwater police, not surprisingly declared it a suicide. |

The great thing about Joe Rogan is that he is really interested in a wide array of subjects and his guests really reflect that.
And yeah, he used to be more conspiracy oriented, and also believed in ancient aliens or at least was open to it, but found a documentary that completely refuted the entire idea and now he pushes that and admits he was wrong without any hesitation. He has very little ego about this sort of thing and I think the fact that he welcomes people to convince him otherwise and is open to discussion on these topics is a hell of a lot better than the History Channel or various cable news shows trying to capitalize on people's fears and suspicions. He's a lot more reasonable than that, and he just comes across as honest and non pretentious.
Also, he's friends with Alex Jones but openly says that Alex is fucking crazy. So he doesn't pull any punches. |

If you're talking about the moon landing skeptics, Joe Rogan plays Devil's Advocate for them only to, for the most part point out the fallacies, but he does believe we went to the moon.
Pretty much all of the conversations here are things that wouldn't make a mainstream media interview, and it's a thousand times more fascinating. |
