Also, Jim Cornette knows 100x the amount that Joey Styles knows about the wrestling industry. He's not only a great announcer and one of the all-time great managers, but he's also a good booker, whereas Joey worked in a company that let the wrestlers themselves write the angles (or, if the guys couldn't write, dropped them into the everlasting "SOMEBODY PAID OFF THE DUDLEYS!!" angle)... |

Joey Styles deserves to have his announcing dissed - he built his career at ECW doing commentary on pre-taped shows. His commentary on their live shows was pretty consistently terrible, to the point where Heyman felt he had to bring in people like fucking JACKYL to bring the quality level up to "passable."
Plus, Joey's contributions to the actual shows (and I was a regular attendee at ECW shows on the East Coast from 96-2000) was nothing more than doing an introduction before the first match.
On a side note: I'd still like Cornette even if he was a (thinking) Republican; hearing him call out Joey Styles so hilariously and accurately more than makes up for the disappointment I have in finding out that Styles is so much of a tool as to buy into the "Marxist" crap. |

The version of "I've Got a Feeling" on this is probably my favorite Beatles recording. A band could base its entire sound on analyzing what the Beatles did while playing that song, and they'd end up being a pretty damned good band. |

The clip you posted was the studio version of the song, dubbed over an Imovie collage. Those never fare well here, even with songs long enough that the Imovie clip would actually take time to make. |

I remember when I first read that Puffy and Page were recording a song together, having heard nothing else about it, I mentioned it to a friend as "Puffy going 'uh-huh, YEE-uh' over a loop of Kashmir."
And there you go. Puff really is that predictable.
