Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo -- Turbo's Wall Dance (better video quality)
08/22/07, 20:42 Somewhere in the set (I think it's near the bed), there's a framed piece of construction paper decorated by a handprint with claws drawn on all five fingers -- that's the little tipping-the-hand to show thanks to the people from the Elm Street movie who made the set.
I can't find it on the Youtube window, but I noticed this when I saw this movie in the theater when it first came out, and have had it confirmed in various Elm Street fanboy crap that I read in the late 80s. |

Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo -- Turbo's solo dance
08/22/07, 12:46 Awright, I'll let this drop from the front page...sigh... |

A Nightmare on Elm Street - Tina's death
08/22/07, 10:39 http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=22023
The rotating room was used later in the movie BREAKIN' 2 - ELECTRIC BOOGALOO. |

A Nightmare on Elm Street - Tina's death
08/22/07, 10:33 Back when Freddy was a scary and mysterious figure, rather than Shecky Green with claws.

"The Beyond" - Dog attack
08/21/07, 18:34 Sometimes, I feel like I owe a genuine debt to Italian horror movies. |

Alfonso Ribeiro's Breakin' and Poppin' (only $19.99!)
08/21/07, 18:29 I'd be curious to see what exactly is on that sheet...I CAN rap and wonder if it's a bunch of completed couplets (most likely) or a bunch of thematic instruction to teach people how to rhyme (in which case I would want that on my living-room wall). |

Swamp Dogg - In Time Of War, Who Wins? (Live at SXSW)
08/21/07, 18:20 It absolutely PAINS me that Swamp Dogg played a show recently and I wasn't there (even if I live half a continent away)... |

Incoherent Deposition
08/20/07, 17:45 The "white people" tag tends to be used for square Establishment folks, but has also been used for a Slade concert and (I think) some backyard wrestling botches. |

Damon Zex
08/20/07, 10:23 I've seen his stuff on Youtube while searching for bizarre public-access things to put on PoeTV, but for some reason never put his stuff here. I guess I thought he was trying too hard, but hell, I'll give five stars. |

Deposition Week feat. Michael Jackson - The Girl is Mine
08/20/07, 09:25 So Michael Jackson accurately figured that he could sway a jury by being all magical rockstar Lost Boy on them?
Sad, even if the plaintiff's case was dubious. |

How to duck a lawyer's question
08/20/07, 09:20 Sorry about that - I honestly checked the hopper, but didn't check it thoroughly enough, I guess. I'd be happy to let Chet give you this submission, if he can do that sorta thing.
The whole Hopper thing needs to be reworked - if dupe IDs could be checked automatically against the hopper as well as the archive, that would be super... |

Caught In The Act
08/19/07, 17:34 Caught in the act...of being one of the legion of the Walking Dead!! |

Trapped In The Closet Chapter 13
08/19/07, 13:17 They were better (more amazing) when they weren't so obviously self-aware in a "come on guys, I want you to laugh WITH me" way. |
 |
Temple of the Dog - Hunger Strike
08/18/07, 13:24 "Doing laundraaaaay (DOIN' LAUNDRAAAAY-EEYAY-EE-YAYAAYYYY)" |

Doctor Butcher M.D. - Trailer
08/18/07, 00:02 It's an amazingly misleading preview -- Dr. Butcher doesn't make house calls in NYC, he runs a lab in the Moloto Archipelago!! |

Bill O'Reilly beaten on pretty much everything
08/17/07, 23:46 Ah, now I read DMKA's comment. Still, the switch in the caption does seem pointed, and certainly a case can be made for that when the network lists Republicans as Democrats if they do something the channel disagrees with. |

Bill O'Reilly beaten on pretty much everything
08/17/07, 23:45 So, um, what are you trying to illustrate with that Wikipedia link, JRR? That Henican has worked for Fox News and Bloomberg Media? |

Otis Redding-I've Been Loving You Too Long (LIVE)
08/16/07, 23:53 And really, Otis's entire set is amazing -- one of the highlights of perhaps the best pop-music festival of all time. |
