Yeah I was going to bring up the communism/libertarianism comparison.
You know what though? At least Communism's impossible ideal is total equality and sharing for everyone. Libertarianism is a core belief of "fuck the weak" survival of the fittest where subscribers jerk off to Soylent Green.
So yeah, from the bottom of my heart, fuck libertarians. Theirs is an entire movement of people who never moved on from a teenager's understanding of government and authority. Just keep glomming on a mix of objectivist crap and poorly understood theories to keep supporting the belief they never let go of when they were 13.

Common knowledge, but it bears repeating that these people don't really give a shit about the constitution or the founding fathers other than what they can cherry pick out of it to retroactively justify their views. They just turn to those two as some sort of final word bible on American politics to end all discussion.
My friend's father is constantly pulling this shit. First it was the "under god" thing, next it was "in God We Trust" thing, and after repeatedly pointing out how neither was mentioned by the constitution and founding fathers, he started going with the Mayflower Compact and how our country was founded on it.
And the cycle continues. |

It's actually more God of War than DMC. You pretty much just alternate between mashing the attack and dodge buttons.
It's better than DMC if you prefer God of War, but no way is it better at what DMC does. DMC is like an ultra violent Tony Hawk where you string together moves inbetween fun and clever cutscenes.
Bayonetta is mashing buttons inbetween dull 10 minute anime speeches. |
