Print the code out in hexidecimal so the police have to type it in like a program in an old computer magazine from the 80s, with instructions for them to rename the file YOHOHO.EXE and run it on one of their main servers with all the malware protections turned off or else it won't reveal the location of the victims and blood will be on their hands.
That's a much more clever idea because it would actually work, assuming impossibly retarded cops. |

X-Files, the Internet etc. simply helped bring them into the mainstream of pop culture. They've always been there, you just used to have to go looking for them. Nowadays a sitcom can drop a Roswell reference and everyone will get it.
The internet kinda put the old fashioned hardworking "handwritten manifesto" crazies out of business by empowering the lazy and derivative, why make up your own reality when you can just watch The Matrix and listen to Coast to Coast and vlog about it.

Good idea for a reality show. But if they were living in a house filled with cameras and microphones and people who sneak in at night and rearrange things, they'd probably start acting normal, because hey, there's a legitimate reason for it and everyone believes them. So you'd have to follow them around and film them secretly.

At least a Glade plug-in hooked up to an Arduino board has less potential for disaster/nausea than its predecessors. |

He blew it when he got flustered and walked away while telling additional lies. There's not many ways to recover from a fuck up like that, you need enough nerve to roll with it without even hinting that what just happened was not meant to happen.
A smooth move would have been to keep riffing on the "drive with one hand" thing, becoming more and more casual with the driving, pretending to roll down the window and hang his arm out, turn on the radio, maybe flip off one of the other drivers... then move on to the next demo as if that was just 30 seconds of clowning around, so pointing out the fuckup means you didn't get the joke. That would take some brass ones, though. |
