I can watch all 3 Matrix movies in 2 hours, because I only watch the good bits. If you only watch the good bits, the movies ruled.

My favorite ex-USSR tale is of an electricity utility that cut off power to a military base for failure to pay. The base sent a tank into the building to sit in the waiting room. Power was promptly restored.

I think the cameraman was too stunned by the sight of the explosion to remember to duck. The shockwave knocked him for a loop.
AFAIK the cause is suspected to be a stockpile of unstable WW2 era grenades that was being removed for demolition, they set off the whole ammo dump. |

I couldn't find a better camera angle on Youtube, the site I saw it on wasn't PoeTV comaptible. If you can find the angle (where you see the buildings evaporate in the shock wave) on a decent site, submit it. |

When I used to read "Guitar Player" type magazines, they had the occasional ironic lesson. Cliff Williams of AC/DC giving a bass lesson on how to play quarter notes was good. My favorite moment was a Kurt Cobain aside on how Fender guitars suck because you have to remove the strings to adjust the bridge, and the interviewer says "That's what a hex wrench is for."
