You should give -4 for the horrible idea, and +4 because of how humiliated the announcer must feel, being forced to fake awe at a cheap plushie with a gun stuffed up its ass.
If you only need 5 seconds of WTF, you could probably improvise a decoy out of anything. I mean, would you instantly spin and shoot from the hip if you saw a melon creeping around a corner? |
