For the last time, it's not a pimple of any kind -- it's a lipoma, a kind of tumor. They're fairly common, apparently.

I still think it's a tumor of some kind; sebaceous cysts are usually right under the skin, at least in part, as they start out as backed up pores/hair follicles. |

Except that's not a pimple at all, it's an inflammation of some of the structures of the human knee. There is no infection, it's just angry, swollen tissue -- tissue directly involved with the workings of Mr. Genius's knee -- and these special, special, SPECIAL children are jamming safety pins into it as deep as they can.
It's also notable as being the only vid I've been able to find so far where everyday people decide to perform self-"surgery" on themselves that doesn't have someone removing horrible filth from their body. |

That is the only redeeming fact of this little travesty: if his friends succeed in 'popping' that swelling, they will end up causing hims serious, possibly long-term pain -- and set him up for a potentially life-threatening problem. |
