I didn't see any capsule removal. I saw someone sticking their non-sterile fingers and forceps in there and swish them around to break up any gunk that was missed, rather than use sterile saline irrigation.

Please tell me you're joking. He's going back to jail for another 10 years if he's lucky. You can't possibly be saying it was worth it to beat two two people who took an argument over counterfeit money too far, and who slapped him and threatened him, into a bloody pulp? He could have just smacked them with the curtain rod until they gave up. He could have brandished it and told them to get the fuck out, or at least held them at bay until the police arrived. He could even have smacked them a few times until they gave up and went away, and still could have claimed self-defense.
He's had a rough life, and I feel for him. I've worked service, and I sympathize with his desire to make those goddamn asshole customers pay. However, what he chose to do went far beyond self-defense, and now he's going to be looking at some variety of assault charges at best. |

I feel bad for him too. He messed up violently as a kid, spent 10 years in American Hell, then got a shit job because he had no real job skills because he spent the last 10 years doing slave labor in a box full of angry violent people, then got attacked by the very people he was supposed to be helping, then fought back -- and then failed to stop. He had a hard life, but he beat two women to the ground, and then just kept beating them. |
