Sugar Glider jumping
10/12/07, 18:09

Sugar gliders are better than your favorite pet.
Lord Raptor's Music Video
10/12/07, 08:38

Great preview frame.

Also, I hope to one day see this entire scene done shot for shot in live action, like that British Simpsons intro.
Ventrilo Harassment - Chris Hansen 2
10/12/07, 08:35

The true art of Ventrillo Harrassment is when the sound board only serves to draw out pure distilled internet nerd conversations.

For christsakes the kid says "lulz". How much of a lowpoint do you have to hit in life before you start bringing -that- internet subculture into reality?
The DK Rap
10/11/07, 22:38

-1 star because the SSBM remix is more gangster.

Also, Funky Kong in the new game for DS sounds exactly like Lil' Jon and is basically a giant racist stereotype which is great.
Airwolf: Season 1 Intro
10/10/07, 21:52

I lived for Airwolf when I was a kid. I even had the Airwolf game for the NES.
Han Shot First
10/09/07, 23:55

No, they changed it so that Greedo shot first, misses, then Han shot him from under the table. The effort to portray Han as a noble thief killing in self defense instead of a ruthless mercenary backfired by making him seem like a giant pussy.
Amon Amarth-Pursuit of Vikings
10/06/07, 16:44

I'm down with viking metal dude, I just prefer either traditional Bathory style or folk-tinged stuff.
Sex Ed in Iraq
10/06/07, 16:37

I'd rather be getting shot at than stuck listening to a couple douchebags trying to be quirky in the middle of a desert.
1000 pound man
10/06/07, 16:31

I have to agree with that last sentiment. A friend of mine watches pretty much nothing but TLC and medical shows which I am exposed to and it really bothers me how they treat morbid obesity with the same sympathy and breadth of a person with a terminal illness.

At the risk of sounding like a B-standup, you don't catch fat. No one feels sorry for you. Also, these people are apparently all over the friggin' place. I think there's a series on TLC about a hospital that exclusively treats morbidly obese people, complete with necessary lifts and machines.
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension - Trailer
10/06/07, 16:23

There shouldn't be people who haven't seen this.
ILLBLEED - Toyhunter Ending

what
Amon Amarth-Pursuit of Vikings
10/06/07, 15:29

I'm curious as to what kind of "vocal talent" you would like to hear from a guy singing about viking battles over blasting Swedish metal. No matter what you may think about harsh vocals, I guarantee you that any other kind of vocals over the same music would sound just as, if not more ridiculous.

Also, Amon Amarth is neither brutal nor particularly interesting.
Halo Live Action Film #3
10/05/07, 18:15

Seriously, Halo has an absolutely massive sci-fi mythology going on that could easily provide fertile ground for several films, especially if given a Lord of the Rings style treatment where most of the body of work is taken into consideration.

And game movies suck because for the most part they have virtually nothing in common with the source material or are based on games with little or no plot to begin with.
James Randi performs a Psychic Surgery
10/05/07, 17:56

Copying something using traditional means or magic tricks =/= "debunking". Neither is explaining how a phenomenon could, in theory, be faked and relying on smug expressions to do the rest.

I am neither defending "psychic surgery" or attacking James Randi, just saying.
Zero Punctuation - Halo 3
10/05/07, 07:26

Multiplayer is pretty much the entire point of the game. Most of the "great" reviews were very critical of the campaign and several noted marking -down- the score because of it.

Yahtzee is always entertaining, though.
BLASTOISE!
10/04/07, 01:55

Holy christ, the only people more obnoxious than Japanophiles are guys that pretend to have a baseless, undying hatred for anything even remotely associated with Japan in order to further their agenda of being try-hard counter-counter culture sycophant douches.

PS dude, this video has nothing to do with anime and what the kid is reacting to is completely unimportant.
The Big Furbowski
10/01/07, 17:25

Pretty much the stuff of legends and should be seen by everyone. It's the kind of event/video that explains very quickly what would normally take years of psychology courses and behavioural studies.
Blackblood Alliance: The Animated Series voice test
10/01/07, 17:03

I really cannot wait until these people grow up and take over things. It's going to make my golden years really entertaining.
Take that, Professor Strawman!
10/01/07, 16:59

I'm pretty sure this is hilarious no matter what form of faith, philosophy or belief system you subscribe to.
Skeeball Accident
10/01/07, 16:51

Instill a firm grasp of natural selection in your children from a young age.
