The Simpsons - NEW Main Title

Strange that this made it out of the hopper in less than 6 hours but it's trashed in the comments.
Also, it dropped off the main page - I saw it in the "recently rated" list.
Personally, I liked the little references to past shows put in especially for us Simpson's fans, like what's sitting on the conveyor belt in the store and the minor characters in the quick sweep across the hillside.

I heard a commentator talking on Bloomburg Radio about the panic discused at 3:00.
He said we almost lost the inter-bank A.T.M. system because there was so little trust between banks. He also said 1 major retailer almost went "Cash Only" and would have refused all credit card transactions.
It's bad out there, and it's going to get much worse.

As a little kid I saw the landing live, But I have more vivid memories of watching Walter Cronkite do the liftoff coverage.
I remember watching the time to lift off clock, with one and a half hours to go, and sitting transfixed in front of the TV. You could not have dragged me and my astronaut G.I. Joe away from the set! |
