I used a 1701 hooked up to a VCR as a TV through most of college. While the internal circuitry was vastly different, the main practical difference between the 1701 and the 1702 was the 1701 had terrible EM shielding. |

I think it's actually pretty cool how these people wanted to do something and they went and fucking did it, and they aimed high. Yeah, it looks cheezy, but it's an amateur fan production.
The fandom is, of course, ridiculous, and that's why this is so entertaining.
I do want to see it when it inevitably gets torrented or whatever, mostly to see if the Sage of Fire is just as mumbly in the movie as she is in candid conversation. |
