Sorry about the lack of video- Schmidt never cut any promos for the LB album, and it was either this or a still image.
The LB album is well worth your time; it's been released in the US by Shadow Records, in the UK by Output (almost impossible to get nowadays) and last year in Japan by...a label I forget. The covers are:

Oh my god, you guys, you have got to download this album. From, um, a legitimate source that is IN NO WAY a certain torrent tracker hosted in Sweden. He does Prince's "Kiss," Yello's "Pinball Chacha," Laid Back's "White Horse," all kinds of awesome shit. Thank you for posting the video; I hadn't even heard he had a new album out yet and it's fantastic. |

Playgroup is Trevor Jackson, whose Output label actually released a lot of the early DFA singles in Europe before DFA had wider distribution- LCD's "Losing My Edge" and "Yeah," and all the Rapture singles from Echoes. Jackson also designed the cover for Echoes, not to mention classic hip-hop covers for Eric B & Rakim and Jungle Brothers. Those nifty Soulwax op-art covers, too. |
