The Mothership 
I love watching college ball, and I am all for this rule. Unsportsmanlike conduct makes for an uglier game and it promotes a negative sporting culture off the field; just look at the University of Oregon.

The Mothership unsportsmanlike bunch of thugs, if you ask me. Racking up big points and stats against teams from lower leagues in exhibition games; playing rough and clearly tackling to injure; multiple felony counts including burglary and drugs; largest college in the state and so they think they own the place; coach named Chip (seriously, Chip is such a petty-tyrant little-league coach name). None of this is new to college sports, but the Ducks are some serious offenders in terms of sportsmanship.
And no, I am not an OSU fan.
But I am a Husky.

Since they don't (legally) pay college players, the powers that be can't threaten the players with fines like they do in the NFL (which, if you're a big-salary player, don't hurt you, anyway), so this is the next best thing. On the other hand, I can see how this rule could very easily be abused.
