Yay, made the front page.

Okay PoeTV, feed me your tears.
Change - 2011-10-16
Fuck you. :(

CrimsonHyperSloth - 2011-10-16
That commercial is depressing without the music, with it I have to cry myself to sleep. Thanks.

HotwaxNinjaPanther - 2011-10-17
Not gonna work. I watched it and immediately said to myself, "if he's deaf... how did he hear her falling down in the bathroom?"

Now it doesn't make any sense.

takewithfood - 2011-10-17
I was alone when I watched this, so I had to drive to a friend's house to get a hug. I IMed her the link before I left, and she was in tears by the time I arrived. Goddamn.

It was his father's intuition.

hammsangwich - 2011-10-16
What the hell man.
Senator_Unger - 2011-10-16
Well, why don't you just put up the clip where Littlefoot's mom dies in the Land Before Time, too, you ass?

RomeoGunn - 2011-10-16
I saw this and cynically thought "Oh yeah sure, depressing commercial, whatever" and then watched it and was blown away. So ridiculously sad.
NewHeavenSalesman - 2011-10-17
And then he buys the damn insurance policy, only to find out that to be approved for the operation, he has to complete a 20-hour series of quick time events at an HMO-approved game center.
triptych.for.two - 2011-10-17
i fucking hate you forever
Comeuppance - 2011-10-17
Well, that's the most emotionally invested I've ever been in less than three minutes.
Jeriko-1 - 2011-10-17
Wow, she sure screwed that one up.

Now everybody will just give her shit for being an orphan instead of lol, deafdad.

(That's terrible, by the way.)
SweaterCollection - 2011-10-17
Not the Dead Island theme I was expecting.

Pompoulus - 2011-10-17
So is the moral of this story to not be too crippled and poor to buy your kid insurance?

Because it's a sad story and all, but goddamn.
Jack Jammer - 2011-10-17
I'm taking my tears back.

sunflowr_eyes - 2011-10-19
thank you, I needed that.

takewithfood - 2011-10-17
Also, not all deaf people have zero hearing. Besides, even those who can't hear a thing can sometimes be surprisingly aware of their surroundings. I have had several deaf teachers, and even with their backs turned, some of them could tell if someone entered the class room just by the feel of footsteps on the ground.

Meant to be a reply to HotwaxNinjaPanther.

Wait, so the hospital took ALL of his blood to save his daughter leaving him dead? Wow, and I thought our healthcare system sucked.
oswaldtheluckyrabbit - 2011-10-17
"My pockets hurt!"

"My pockets hurt too, Dad. My pockets hurt too."
Crackersmack - 2011-10-23
She didn't actually need blood. The hospital took it from him as payment.

Thailand's healthcare system is almost as bad as America's.
