At first I was going to reply "I saw this same thing happen in Rome" -- until the guy smashed into other cars and got a group beat down. Only in Russia.

To me the most shocking thing was the bleeping. There is actually a word offensive enough to Russians that they bleep it?! It must make regular humans bleed from their ears at its very mention.
