The pancakes produced by this aren't terrible but they're a little dry and doughy for my tastes. Also, they don't seem to work well after being used for a while. They'll produce little dot pancakes and claim to be empty when the batter bag is still half-full.

Why are you so familiar with this contraption?

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-11-19

yeah, what the hell man?

One of the major U.S. hotel chains has them as part of its free breakfast. I stayed at a few right after they were installed, then again again on another trip a year later. Almost all of them weren't working right any more.

Now get a conveyer belt of bunnies to go with it.

All my stars are for the thought going through the mind of the "that guy" at 1:28.

craptacular - 2011-11-19

let's just remove all technique, skill and art out of making morning pancakes and let a big machine churn out conveyor-belt-pancakes for us. that sounds like the america i know.

pastorofmuppets - 2011-11-19

if it's any consolation, the fabulously wealthy will still be able to eat hand-made pancakes made with organic flour.

Oscar Wildcat - 2011-11-19

The pancake machine is free; the batter bags cost 100USD each.

Hooker - 2011-11-19

"Panless" seems like a hollow advantage when you're buying a huge machine that does one single thing.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-11-19

The woman at 1:25 is way too enthusiastic and that makes me angry.
