I can't find anything else about him anywhere on the internet. The uploader on Vimeo says that he auditioned for "a top network talent show" in 2003-2004ish. He didn't get on.

Flat Top is a street performer in the general Los Angeles area. He frequents universal city walk and Venice Beach. I used to work where he performed. He puts on a real good show and comes off as a nice guy.
