baleen My brother told us a story before dinner that there were Coast Guard stationed in Iraq for some reason. After my bro's team, 6 guys in a Navy gunboat, captured and returned a smuggler's ship to the Coast Guard for safekeeping, the Coast Guard forgot about it and the Iraqis scuttled the boat, with all of its polluting, smuggled oil along with it. Apparently the coasties drove the Navy crazy. Go Coast Guard!
