So, there's this bit of WA state gun law that says that if you reasonably believe that someone who has committed a felony in your presence will be an imminent danger to public safety if s/he flees, you can shoot h/im/her dead right there, even as they're trying to leave and no longer threatening you directly.
I never understood that little quirk of law until I watched this video.
I may have to apply for a CCP after all.
