Pretty good, but this is one of those things that really work better if you have to imagine the horrible thing instead of seeing it.

Well, he's better off than me, I've got a constantly swirling, howling portal to some netherworld in the basement floor and just try to sell that, why don't you. Especially since I can't have it cut out and taken away - one reason being the gelid tendrils that reach out and grab anything that gets within a foot of the ever turning gateway to madness.
