Remember folks:
1. A car next to you on the road that is driving slower than you is a gangstalker.
2. A car next to you on the road that is driving faster than you is a gangstalker.
3. A parked car is a gangstalker.
4. A car in motion, but not necessarily on the road, is a gangstalker.
5. A car that doesn't use blinkers is gangstalking you.
6. A car that DOES use blinkers, is gangstalking you.
7. Any car painted any color other than primer gray is a gangstalker.
8. Any car painted primer gray is a gangstalker command module issuing orders via tachyon mind-probe technology.
9. A car that passes you going exactly 5 MPH faster than you that is colored red or dark blue that has the letter "M" on the license plate or a missing hubcap on the rear left wheel that also has any bumper stickers on the right side of the bumper turned at a slight upward angle is an NSA/CIA/Reptoid/Otherverse agent who may or may not be monitoring your brainwaves. (unless the car is a model of automobile produced prior to 1976, in which case the agent is very likely pursuing another target but has temporarily made you a person of interest).

I honestly feel this video is from a troll, everything is beyond ridiculous. At least in normal gangstalking videos everyone acts really conspicuously because some asshole is obviously taping them in public, where these are the most mundane of occurrences.
