If he estimated his rate on the occurance of each increment of usage to 1kb/$.02 and thinks that is supposed to be 1kb/0.002 he is DEAD WRONG. He must have tried to round the latter up to...well, 10kb/2cents as the quoted rate? Guys, please don't let this bullshit embolden yourselves to berate your carrier unless you can legitimize it with MUCH better clarification. I plead my case as a ex-rep on this. Even aided with better equasions this is going to go nowhere no matter who gets hit with this. In fact I'm amazed his call hasn't dropped.
