Riskbreaker Running the danger of sounding like a conspiracy theorist, all this "let's make a mockery out of mega man" trend in Capcom started right after Inafune left the company. From the cancellation of Legends 3 to ths. Coincidence?
Chalkdust oh so YOU'RE one of the people they pissed off
keep it up, Capcom!
Void 71 Inafune did a really candid interview right after he left Capcom. I wish I could find the link, but I remember reading it on Neogaf. He laid waste to Capcom and the Japanese industry as a whole.
Also, the guy who directed Okami called this game a cynical DLC platform on Twitter a couple days ago. A couple guys hacked the shit out of it when it released and found an obscene amount of locked content, most of it severely affecting the gameplay because of the stupid gem system.
Capcom has the reverse Midas Touch when it comes to Steet Fighter. I hope they leave DarkStalkers alone.
Maru yeah this whole project was the worst kind of cynical garbage. but gamers will spend sixty bucks ironically as long as you include a wink and a nod.
NewHeavenSalesman I really doubt the tipping point influencing anyone to get this game is fat mega man.
Maru sure he is. he's there to reassure gamers that capcom is on the joke, and that you don't have to feel embarrassed for buying street fighter vs. tekken.
Nikon >Let's drag one of our most important franchises through the mud
Capcom has been doing that to Megaman for a long time now. As much as I want Darkstalkers IV, maybe it'd be better for them to release a PSN only Darkstalkers III /Vampire Saviour with online play instead.
freedoom box art megaman? also why is he in a game called street fighter x tekken?
themilkshark These are questions you shouldn't care about the answer to. Go read the news.
MrBuddy Assuming that even IS Megaman, yours is the most plausible explanation I've heard so far. That video is so deep in the uncanny valley it's nightmare fuel.
