I'm guessing the voice actor is sitting in a nice comfy chair inside an airconditioned room nearby, that's the only way I could understand a themepark worker not being miserable.

It's the only explanation that would explain how this sort of mixup could happens so easily, and last for so long without anyone in charge of voices noticing, too.
