When I am about to die a montage of epic ownage like this will flash before my eyes instead of remembering dumb shit like first kisses and babies being born.
VoilaIntruder - 2012-04-26

I know they cant include every important go right game, but where is golden axe? Did I miss it???
NewHeavenSalesman - 2012-04-27
I was more concerned by the lack of Rush n' Attack. That is the quidessential "Go Right" game, as far as I'm concerned.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2012-04-26
Right wing bias.
animegurl1000 - 2012-04-28
Not quite so. Remember that most of the bad guys and bosses are even further to the right.

Jet Bin Fever - 2012-04-26
In Arabic speaking countries do they go Left?

I recognized Plumber Bros. and Sonar the Groundhog...what other games are on here?
Hooker - 2012-04-27
This was just nice.

In retrospect, I don't think I appreciated the art in The Legend of Kage.
poorwill - 2012-04-27
Kage shouldn't even be on there - you totally go left in that game (mostly).

Dude, you haven't played Cave Story?

NewHeavenSalesman - 2012-04-27
Stars for the effort.

If no one else has done it by the time I get back from work, I should be able to fill in all but one or two of the unknowns, since this shit is all I am able to retain.

poorwill - 2012-04-27
After Rayman Origins is Metal Storm (which is a great game and you should play it, RIP Irem)
After Shinobi 3 is Cave Story (WTF, how did you miss that one - brain fart I guess?)
After Ninja Gaiden 2 is Jump Bug.
'Ninja game for PC Engine' is Ninja Spirit
That's Super Metroid, not Zero Mission
Second Prince of Persia is PoP2
Noitu Love 2 is before Viewtiful Joe
Tagging out now, I'm lazy and its bedtime.

deadpan - 2012-04-27
Unfurling my beard here, but the Spiderman game isn't the arcade beat em up, it's a snes platformer called Lethal Foes of Spiderman, never released outside of Japan as far as I know. Had unusually detailed sprite work for the main character and a fun swinging mechanic but was otherwise really easy and forgettable.

dementomstie - 2012-04-27
The Paper Mario game is Super Paper Mario

Riskbreaker - 2012-04-27

Some Wario game is Wario Land 4.

Metroid Fusion was based off of this game's engine and in debug you can still find some Wario Land 4 elements in a map.

Riskbreaker - 2012-04-28

RocketBlender - 2012-04-27
at 1:59 there's a game that looks almost just like Gunstar Heroes, in fact, the clip is played just before the Gunstar one. Anyone know what that is?

Also, if anyone could help me out with 2:03, the clip immediately following Super Metroid, that'd be awesome.
deadpan - 2012-04-27
The first one is Gunner's Heaven.
At 2:03 do you mean the brief clip of the running wolf? Because that's Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

threads - 2012-04-27
Owns. That is all.
Robin Kestrel - 2012-04-28
2:23 is a 1984 computer game called Karateka. I had it for the Atari 800XL, but I think it was originally an Apple game.
